Ankh Electronics Communications are committed to providing the highest level of service at a convenient and competitive price. We offer a wide range of maintenance and support packages for many systems with a total aftercare service.
We employ a team of highly skilled, qualified engineers with call out facility. Together with complete stock replacement hardware, we provide a technical support service that is second to none. The maintenance cover incorporates social and unsociable hours excluding public and bank holidays. The response time is 4 hours for major faults (complete or partial failure to central processing units) and minor faults (individual server client computer faults).
We offer a direct line to technical support and also provide an annual system “Health Check” where one of our highly trained engineers will visit your premises. Our support packages are as follows:-
